30V30 is a father’s living journal—songs shaped by grief, love, faith, memory, and the life of a daughter whose influence continues to grow.
A life spent planting good things in others.
Hannah had a gentle way of making people feel seen, welcomed, and loved. She never needed the spotlight; she simply noticed people, encouraged them, and made them feel like they mattered.
Teaching was more than her profession. As an elementary school teacher, she poured confidence, kindness, and possibility into her students. Her faith in Jesus was woven into the way she loved, served, and extended grace.
To her family, she was a daughter and sister who made ordinary days warmer—dinners, holidays, vacations, conversations, laughter, and all the little moments that become priceless with time.
Hannah passed away on May 30, 2026, at 26 years old. What remains is far bigger than the sadness of losing her: the kindness, faith, laughter, love, and encouragement she planted in people everywhere she went.
That is the Hannah this project hopes to remember—and to keep sharing with others.

When the thoughts had nowhere else to go, they became songs.
After Hannah passed away, her father, Nick Ray, began writing through sleepless nights—the memories, questions, love, anger, faith, and ordinary moments that suddenly carried more weight than they had before.
Over time, those songs became more than a collection of tracks. They became a living journal: entries written in music as life keeps moving forward. Some hold a memory. Others capture a feeling from a particular day, a familiar place, a family milestone, or one of those unexpected moments when missing someone arrives without warning.
Nick is the person behind 30V30. He develops the stories, writes and reshapes lyrics, directs the sound and arrangements, chooses what stays and what gets cut, and makes the final creative decisions. He is not presenting himself as the singer or a performing artist. AI-assisted music production helps turn that work into recordings; the journal, memories, creative direction, and reason for making the songs are his.
Giving what Hannah planted another place to grow.
The album is called Out There Planting Flowers because that image became bigger than a lyric. It became a way of describing a life spent planting kindness, faith, confidence, laughter, and love in other people—then trusting those things to keep growing.
That is also why the album exists. If these songs can meet someone in a difficult season, help them feel less alone, offer a little hope, or remind them that love can keep doing good after loss, then something Hannah planted is still growing.
